Time Management Training
Overview
This Time Management Training course offers the user crucial information on how to best take control of their time – both in and out of a work setting. It is designed to help the user plan and manage their time effectively, whilst providing tips on how to best avoid distractions.
This CPD Accredited eLearning course is broken down into two simple sections that can both be completed in just 25 minutes. Upon completion of the course, the user will be provided with a printable PDF certificate.

Course Contents
This course consists of two sections:
Section 1: planning
The first section of this course focuses on planning and prioritising your time to remove any unnecessary tasks and distractions. It provides actionable techniques for methodically setting goals and assessing the priority of tasks on your to-do list.
Section 2: time-bandits
The second section of this course addresses the distractions and interruptions that take your attention away from the task at hand. It looks at both external disruptions, providing methods for assertively and respectfully claiming the time you need, and personal disruptions such as procrastination and split focus.
About the Course
The Time Management training course is designed to help you make the most of your day, reducing distractions and the press of trivial tasks so that you can achieve your primary goals.
Split into two sections, this course first looks at how to plan your time, cutting out the trivial tasks and busy-work that studies show take up around 80% of our work day. The second section then focuses on how to manage distractions, whether caused by outside forces or personal habits and practices. Finally, it busts the myth that multitasking is really achievable.
