About the Course

The Time Management training course is designed to help you make the most of your day, reducing distractions and the press of trivial tasks so that you can achieve your primary goals.

The second section then focuses on how to manage distractions, whether caused by outside forces or personal habits and practices. Finally, it busts the myth that multitasking is really achievable.
