About the Course

The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) are in place to ensure that you can demonstrate your capability with dangerous equipment. This course aims to educate you on the types of equipment that are covered by PUWER and how to work with them safely.

Split into three detailed sections, this course explores the responsibilities in PUWER and where they apply and the safe standards of equipment covered by PUWER, including risk management, equipment maintenance and inspections. Finally, it introduces further control measures that will increase your control and safety when using large and dangerous equipment.
