Section 2 focuses on the drugs themselves, including their classifications and the effects different drugs can have on short- and long-term health. Alcohol addiction is discussed here, with a breakdown of what unit measurements mean.

Section 3: people and policies

Section 3 considers alcohol and drug policies, including a reference guide to help you create a policy that meets the specific needs of your workplace. It explains the signs by which to identify substance abuse, as well as techniques to cut down on drinking.
